Community GROUPS

F.A.Q.’s

• How often are the groups meeting? Each group is currently set to meet every other week (once every two weeks).

• What kind of curriculum will the groups use? Each group may start with a discussion of the previous week’s sermon but will also have the autonomy to decide a book or curriculum if they wish with guidance from the pastors.

• None of these times/locations work for me. Are these our only options? Currently these are our only options. However, we are hoping to launch another wave of groups at a further date.

• How long will the groups last? While each meeting time will be varied, they will be somewhere around an hour and a half. In terms of lifespan, the hope is these groups will last as long as possible. (If you are undecided, we ask that you commit to 6 meetings with the group.)

• I need childcare but can’t meet on Sundays. Any suggestions? This was a big discussion for us and after many conversations with families and our director of children’s ministries, this is where we landed. At this point, the church is able offer childcare on Sunday evenings.

Groups will launch the week of September 10th, so leaders will be in touch about specifics about the first meetings.
